I’ve spent over 30 years in the aerospace, defense, medical, and oil industries as a CNC programmer and setup machinist, specializing in precision manufacturing and complex part development. Throughout my career, I’ve managed aerospace and defense machine shops, as well as a ski lift manufacturing company, gaining extensive experience in both production leadership and hands-on machining. I’ve collaborated closely with manufacturing engineers to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure product integrity in demanding, high-tolerance environments.

In addition, I’ve designed and manufactured custom tooling to support intricate manufacturing operations — often developing unique solutions that reduced setup time, improved consistency, and enhanced overall productivity. My background combines deep technical knowledge with practical problem-solving and a commitment to quality and teamwork.
